Who you are working with

These terms apply to services provided by XVELOPERS LTD, trading as Xvelopers. On this page, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to XVELOPERS LTD.

What you are buying

The website is $499 once for up to ten pages; the shop add-on is $200 once ($699 total with the website) and includes up to 100 products uploaded. The blog add-on is $200 once ($699 total with the website) and includes a blog listing and article pages. Adding both shop and blog brings the one-time total to $899. Monthly services are optional: hosting and care is $99 a month, including up to 30 minutes of small changes; Emma (customer assistance) and Mia (social media) are $99 a month each. Mia includes 12 original posts a month with branded graphics and captions, published across up to three social media platforms. Revisions and your approval before publishing are included; a post shared across multiple platforms counts as one post. Alex (phone reception) is $149 a month, including 1,000 call minutes with extra minutes at $0.12 each; Growth is $499 a month and includes hosting and care. What we need from you

Your time on a call, answers to our questions, and anything only you can supply: your photographs or a stock licence, your logo if you have one, and your legal pages. If you do not have these, we say so early and suggest what to do.

When it is ready

Your website is live within 3 business days of our first call, provided we have what we need from you.

Whose it is

Once paid for, the website is yours. You can host it anywhere or have us host it. The words and design we make for you are yours to keep and change.

Hosting

Monthly services are optional and billed monthly. Hosting is included with hosting and care or Growth. If you stop hosting with us, you keep your website and can arrange hosting elsewhere. AI and automation setup timing is agreed separately from the website launch.

Other people's services

Bookings go through Cal.com. Payments, domains and email are provided by their own companies under their own terms. We help you set them up; we do not run them.
